Thea Trussler comes from a genetic line of intuitive women. She
incorporated her talents into her 20 year career as a counselor yet found
it frustrating to be limited by the conventional modality of social
services agencies. Her personal development included training in the art
of tarot, psychometry and mediumship and she embarked on a
secondary career as an intuitive counselor in 1988. Her gifts came to the
attention of a quantum physics professor from Virginia, Dr. Robert
Neil Boyd, who simplified in scientific terms, the very measurable talent
Thea possesses and this lead to law enforcement agencies approaching
Thea regarding cases, training and personal sessions.
Her popularity as a media personality opened the door for an invitation
to participate in a documentary with her Great Dane, Beauregarde. She
initially approached the project with a simple sense of adventure and
joked that Beauregarde was the new Scooby Doo. The laughter was
quickly silenced as an evening of paranormal phenomena opened a door
to "the other side".
Beauregarde was Thea's assistant and was as well known as she.
September 2010 he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and subsequently
has gone over the rainbow bridge to "the other side" on May 17, 2011.
His experimental chemotherapy treatments were considered so
successful that the findings are now the new protocols for others with
osteosarcoma. He will be fondly remembered and missed deeply by all.
